Strategic guidance – L&D support
My offer to people and organisations is to uncover, describe, research and analyse learning and development questions, in order to come up with several answers or solutions, applicable in (daily) practice. I evaluate the propositions in light of key needs and requirements in consultation with stakeholders. Based on jointly established conclusions I can; write reports or recommendations, develop and facilitate learning and development activities, initiate, lead and realise projects, and set up or (re)vitalise networks.
I thrive in environments where education and business/industry intersect. Places that offer complex challenges, where innovation and flexibilty is required and relations need to be established.
